The top thing is where the harness for the horse attaches to the cart. The bottom thing looks like the wooden part of a yoke, but without a sense of scale I’m just guessing at that. The rings are for the reins to run through, so they don’t get caught up in the harness.

There might be more parts out there, but I haven’t got around to it yet.

Okay, then that is what it is. There’s a leather collar that’s supposed to go under it, to cushion it against the horse’s neck.
